For the past six years, I have recorded every dream, turned them into collages, and listened until they merged with daily life.
Everything I offer is built on thirty-five years of lived practice, a gradual return to nervous system balance through observation, creativity, and relational regulation.
But I wasn’t always this way.
For many years, I believed the question was:
Should I set sail?
It took much longer to realise the real question was:
Is this a crossing or an escape?
For decades, movement protected me from what stillness might expose: overwhelm, shame, helplessness, the old “no witness” state.
Leaping created momentum.
Momentum drowned out vulnerability.
Drift disguised fear.
I built spaces for catharsis. I worked hard. I searched deeply. I moved.
Then something radical happened.
Stillness stopped feeling dangerous.
The body flared and settled.
The mind spiraled and released.
Grief surfaced and moved through
and I did not fragment or collapse or disappear.
And slowly, new evidence accumulated:
I could remain.
The deepest shift did not come from calming my nervous system. It came from understanding it.
What I had experienced as pathology: panic, overwhelm, intensity, and numbness, began to make sense as nervous system intelligence: protective, adaptive, precise.
Nothing was malfunctioning.
Something had been protecting me.
That understanding removed years of doubt about my health, about my capacity, about whether I was “too much” or “not enough.”
When stillness is safe, movement becomes choice.
When stillness is safe, ambition becomes clean.
When stillness is safe, roots become possible.
The shift was subtle, no fireworks or drama., just this:
I am no longer afraid of myself.
The work I offer now: Creative Movement Therapy™, dream listening, journaling, art, and relational regulation emerged from that reorganization.
It is not about fixing what is wrong.
It is about discovering that perhaps nothing is.
The moment doubt reduced was not when symptoms disappeared. It was when I understood them as intelligence. That is the authority behind this work.
If you recognize yourself in this, you are not late, you are not broken, you are reorganizing.
